2025 Annual Dues | $145 per household

Every homeowner is a member of the HOA and is required to pay annual dues that is voted on at the fall HOA Meeting. Payment is due by January 31 on an annual basis. Homeowners will receive a letter in the mail reminding them to pay their dues and information about how to pay. Homeowners who pay after January 31 may be responsible for paying their dues and a late fee.
