Helpful tip: According to your Plat Deed Restrictions, all trashcans must be housed in your garage. You may place your trashcan at the end of your driveway the evening before your trash day and stored in your garage the evening of trash day.
Electric, Natural & Propane Gas
According to the official Perrysburg Township Website, “The residents of Perrysburg Township voted to enter into government aggregation agreements for electric and natural gas. These agreements are “OPT-OUT” which means all residents are entered into the agreement but each individual ultimately decides what option is best for them and can “opt-out” if they wish. Government aggregation provides group buying power normally resulting in a better price for electric and natural gas generation than an individual’s price.
According to your Plat Deed Restrictions, all mailboxes must be housed in a wooden structure. Before any changes are made to your existing mailbox, you must submit a written request to the Architectural Control Committee and receive approval prior to making the change.
According to your Plat Deed Restrictions, chain link, snow fences and privacy fences are expressly prohibited and must not exceed the lot plan, set back and nearer than the front building line.*
Helpful tip: Before having your fence built, submit a written request to the Architectural Control Committee and receive approval.
* If you live in Plat 1, there are slight differences in your fence restrictions. Please use your Plat Deed Restrictions for official details.
HOA Dues & Budget
The budget and dues are voted on by the HOA membership. These dues are used for maintenance of the common area, islands, bridge and park and for other costs associated with running the Homeowners Association.
ACC & Exterior Remodeling

The HOA has an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) to help maintain the quality of the neighborhood and is responsible for enforcing the deed restrictions in all 5 plats.
Modifications to the exterior of your home and property should be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee for approval prior to work being started to avoid any issues.
