Trash & Recycling

Because the subdivision is located in Perrysburg Township, residents need to secure their own service provider. The two most common providers are:

Republic Services – 1.800.234.3429
Waste Management – 1.800.343.6047

Helpful tip: According to your Plat Deed Restrictions, all trashcans must be housed in your garage. You may place your trashcan at the end of your driveway the evening before your trash day and stored in your garage the evening of trash day.

Electric, Natural & Propane Gas

According to the official Perrysburg Township Website, “The residents of Perrysburg Township voted to enter into government aggregation agreements for electric and natural gas.  These agreements are “OPT-OUT” which means all residents are entered into the agreement but each individual ultimately decides what option is best for them and can “opt-out” if they wish. Government aggregation provides group buying power normally resulting in a better price for electric and natural gas generation than an individual’s price.
